I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

We have all been there. Forgot your password? Follow the below steps to attain access to your account.

1. Visit NextUp's login page  and click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
2. Select ‘I forgot my password.’
3. Enter the email address associated with your NextUp profile and click 'Reset Your Password'.
4. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you are unable to locate the email, please be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

1. Click on the link in the ‘Password Reset’ email sent to your inbox and enter your custom password and security question/answer.
2. You will now be taken to your NextUp profile.
