At times, while adding a new contact to the NextUp system, a message stating there is already an account on file will be triggered.
This often occurs when a contact does not have the correct organization listed on their account. To be added as a corporate member, the individual must have the exact organization name of the Corporate Partner (or child company) in the company field on their account.
