How do I access a registration list/badge file?

Registration lists and badge files are self-service for all Regional Board Members and Committee Leaders. To access, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your NextUp Account.
  • Click on Event Management on the left-hand navigation menu.
  • You will see a listing of current active events within your Region.
  • Click the ellipses button on the bottom right of the event you wish to download a Registration List or Badge Report for.

NOTE: While Registration Lists can be edited, Badge Reports cannot be edited. Any necessary edits must be requested by emailing
