How do I cancel/modify my registration?

Registration cancellations and modifications are self-service through our registration platform. Registrants can also edit company names, emails and nicknames after finalizing their registrations.

  1. Log into your NextUp Profile and click the 'My Event Registration' button on the left hand account menu.
  2. Here you will see your upcoming registrations, click 'Cancel' to cancel your registration or 'Edit' to make any changes to your registration information.

NOTE: You must wait 24 hours after registering for an event to cancel. If applicable, refunds will be processed to your payment in 3-4 business days.
