Registration cancellations and modifications are self-service through our registration platform. Registrants can also edit company names, emails and nicknames after finalizing their registrations.
- Log into your NextUp Profile and click the 'My Event Registration' button on the left hand account menu.
- Here you will see your upcoming registrations, click 'Cancel' to cancel your registration or 'Edit' to make any changes to your registration information.
NOTE: You must wait 24 hours after registering for an event to cancel. If applicable, refunds will be processed to your payment in 3-4 business days.
