How do I request a promotion code?

Group Registration: When an organization wishes to do group invoicing for an event, a promotion code should be requested. This promotion code will allow individuals from an organization register for an event without having to enter payment information. This can be limited to a specific event, region, as well as have a usage amount or timeframe limitation. Upon close of promotion code, NextUp HQ will send an invoice to billing contact included on the Promo Code Request Form. 
 

Membership Promotion: When a Region wishes to award complimentary memberships to event attendees or are running a membership promotion, Regions should submit a promo code request and list the Region as the Invoice to be issued contact. NextUp HQ will charge the Region budget for the memberships. 

  • Log into your NextUp account. 
  • Select Promo Code RequestForm on the left-hand account menu.

  • Complete the required fields. 
  • Determine if an Invoice is to be issued: 
  • If you are requesting a code for complimentary registrations, select No. 
  • If you are requesting a code for registrations that will be paid for, select YesThe person listed in the Invoice/Promo Code Contact field will receive the invoice from the NextUp HQ Finance Team after the event has concluded. 
  • Once all required fields have been completed, click Next. 
  • Your promo code request will then have been submitted and processed by NextUp HQ.
