A NextUp Ambassador is an employee with a Corporate Partner who is an appointed liaison between their company and NextUp. They serve as the point of contact for all Corporate Members at the organization and are responsible for engaging their company and its Corporate Members in NextUp programs and activities.
Ambassadors create an engagement plan including but not limited to: Talent development programs/initiatives, assist in planning events with NextUp, communicating information about and successes because of NextUp to the rest of the company, network with other leaders within NextUp, and manage member roster for your company in terms of updating memberships, recruiting, and retention. Ambassadors have quarterly calls with all NextUp Ambassadors to share resources and best practices and receive support from NextUp's Partnership and Membership Experience team.
