What is Regional Leaders Forum?

Annually NextUp HQ comes together for Regional Leaders Forum (RLF) in a NextUp region. We invite 2-3 leaders from each Region to attend this two-day planning session to represent their region and take back the strategic plan to their teams.   

The objective of this strategy session is three-fold:  

  • To develop strategies and explore best in class case studies that will advance NextUp's mission 
  • To collaborate and align on a joint business plan for 2020 that will deliver $1M in revenue 
  • To invest in our leaders by offering leadership development

The Regional Leaders thought leadership in this session is critical to NextUp's success in growing our regions and achieving our mission to advance all women. 

Each Regional Leader is responsible for acquiring airfare, hotel and local transportation. NextUp will cover the meeting expense, the leadership development opportunities & meals for all attendees.
